Qualifications

• 5+ years evaluating markets, technologies, and companies and turning analysis into action.
• Experience across corporate development, investment banking, private equity, VC, strategy consulting, or scaling software.
• Analytical toolkit: market analysis, modeling, competitive assessment, strategic rationale for decision-makers.
• Ability to craft strategy and implement it, from investment thesis to approved offers.
• Fluency in AI and data with understanding of its impact on product development and software economics.
• Ability to learn new markets quickly, form a view, defend it, and adapt when needed.
• Strong judgment, curiosity, and clear executive communication.
• Direct experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or industrial software is a plus.
