Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Strategy Manager (Finance) to lead the long-term partnership strategy with a major cardiovascular device partner. The role balances near-term performance with long-term value, driving governance, planning, and cross-functional alignment across executives and teams.

You will translate contractual frameworks into growth roadmaps, oversee joint planning, and ensure performance accountability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, partnerships, or general management.
• Experience with medical devices, life sciences, or complex technology ecosystems.
• Proven track record managing large strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategic partnership with Siemens Healthineers and a leading medical device partner.
• Design governance structures and lead executive alignment functions.
• Lead annual strategic and operating planning, including market modeling and target setting.
• Define and track joint KPIs and portfolio implications.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across executive, commercial, R&D, and regulatory teams.
• Own contractual interpretation and lead complex negotiations with Legal and Finance.
• Contribute to long-term portfolio and ecosystem strategy and roadmap.
• Translate insights into actionable portfolio decisions and roadmaps.
