• Typically, 5+ years of proven experience evaluating markets, technologies, and companies and turning analysis into action.
• That experience can come from many places: corporate development, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or from scaling a product, or operating inside a high-growth software business.
• A sharp analytical toolkit: market analysis, modeling, competitive assessment, and strategic rationale development, synthesized into something a decision-maker can act on.
• Bachelor's degree required. An MBA or other advanced degree is welcome but not required – how you think matters more.

• Shape inorganic growth strategy through acquisitions, investments, and partnerships with a clear point of view.
