Responsibilities

• Primary Functions: Sets up batter table, collects smallwares, prepares batter mix; Ensures call sheets are complete, posted and used; Checks equipment and reports malfunctions to Manager in Charge; Balances fryers with shortening; Filters and cleans fryers per safety guidelines; Pans chicken for operational needs; Prepares and cooks food per Manager in Charge; Ensures food meets specifications and holding times.
• Secondary Functions: Maintains clean work area with clean-as-you-go; Verifies stock at batter area; Maintains cooler cleanliness; Performs other tasks as assigned by Manager in Charge of Shift.
