Church's Chicken is seeking a dedicated Cook to join the Field Operations team in Missouri. You will prepare and cook food following the Manager in Charge of the Shift and the Operating Standards Manual, ensuring quality and timely service.

Responsibilities include batter prep, fryer maintenance, maintaining cleanliness, following safety guidelines, and assisting with stock and shift tasks as directed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of batter mix preparation and fryer operation.
• Adherence to safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up batter table, gather smallwares, prepare batter mix.
• Ensure call sheets are complete, posted and used.
• Report equipment malfunctions to the Manager in Charge.
• Color balance fryers and maintain correct shortening levels.
• Filter and clean fryers per safety guidelines.
