Responsibilities

• Sets up batter area and prepares batter mix for chicken production.
• Ensures call sheets are complete, posted and used.
• Checks equipment and reports malfunctions to Manager in Charge.
• Color balances fryers and maintains proper shortening levels.
• Filters and cleans fryers at designated times following safety guidelines.
• Cooks and prepares food to meet SOM specifications and holding times.
• Maintains clean work area with sanitation and safety practices.
• Verifies stock at batter area and keeps cooler organized.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by Manager in Charge of Shift.
