Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Concord, NC is seeking an Experienced Shift Leader to oversee daily shift execution and guide team members to strong results. You’ll run the shift, assign tasks, monitor throughput, and uphold food safety and hospitality standards across Front and Back of House.

Ideal candidates bring prior leadership or restaurant experience, strong communication, calm under pressure, and a servant‑leader mindset.
