H2o wineWater 0.0% Alc. in Chicago seeks a dynamic Non-Alcoholic Sales Manager to lead growth in our Soft Seltzer division.

You will drive account development, promotions, and pricing initiatives across independents and regional chains, while coordinating with wholesalers to align with our strategic bets. The role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and a proven track record in wholesale or retailer initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Growth in current/last role within 5 years in sales/marketing/analytic capacity; non-alcoholic experience preferred.
• High level of ability to analyze information and make data-based recommendations.
• Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, follow-up and administrative skills.
• Familiarity with syndicated data, software and measures is preferred.
• Understanding of wholesaler network/processes and Wholesaler Equity Agreement.
• Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage business, promotions, distribution, innovation, sales and pricing initiatives to grow the Non‑Alcohol brand with independents and regional chains.
• Coordinate with wholesalers and local field sales to align with brand bets and increase visibility.
• Develop wholesaler plans, budgets, and present business reviews; communicate activities effectively.
• Build relationships with regional chains to grow market share and align account strategies.
• Conduct monthly meetings with wholesalers to sell-in new products and programs.
• Review strategies to improve profitability and sales using data and program recaps.
