Job summary

Synergy HomeCare of Northeast Chicago is seeking energetic Part-Time Community Marketers to build relationships in the Chicagoland area and generate private pay home care referrals. This role suits individuals with healthcare marketing, senior services, or community outreach experience.

Responsibilities include visiting ALFs, senior centers, hospitals, physicians, and community organizations, delivering presentations, attending events, tracking referrals, and supporting growth strategies while

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing or senior services preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Existing referral relationships are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with ALFs, Independent Living Communities, Senior Centers, Rehabilitation Facilities, Hospitals and Discharge Planners, Physicians and Medical Practices, Social Workers and Case Managers, Community Organizations and Religious Institutions.
• Conduct in-person marketing visits and presentations.
• Attend networking events, health fairs, and community events.
• Generate qualified private pay client referrals.
• Track outreach activities and referral sources.
• Collaborate with agency leadership on growth strategies.
• Represent Synergy HomeCare professionally within the community.
