Job summary

The ODPGroup is seeking an Account Executive to identify, qualify, and acquire new customers in the greater Chicago area. This regional, field-based role requires local travel and regular collaboration in our Itasca, IL office.

You will build a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, relationship development, and consultative selling, partnering with implementation, sales support, and product specialists to drive revenue growth and long-term account success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience with relationship development and closing skills.
• Consultative selling, needs analysis, and solution recommendation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and collaborate with teams.
• Team-oriented with strong initiative and role in travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• New Account Acquisition: identify, prospect, and close new business in the local market.
• Relationship Building & Market Development: expand client relationships and forecast activity.
• Territory & CRM Management: plan territory and maintain CRM data (Salesforce).
• Sales Leadership & Collaboration: share insights and collaborate with internal partners to drive sales.
