Job summary

Delaware County Community College (DCCC) seeks an energetic Assistant Director of Admissions to lead recruitment across Chester County and beyond. The role focuses on prospective student engagement, information dissemination about admissions, financial aid, and academic opportunities, and representing the college at events.

Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment trips, on-campus and off-site events, and leveraging the CRM to track inquiries, yields, and enrollment progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of college admissions experience.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university in higher education or related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit traditional, post-traditional, special populations, and dual enrollment students.
• Represent the college at day, evening, and weekend recruitment events.
• Coordinate campus and off-site tours for prospects and applicants.
• Utilize the CRM to track inquiries, yields, and enrollment progress; prepare weekly reports.
• Work with high school counselors and partners to support admissions and financial aid processes.
