Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years admissions/enrollment experience preferred.
• Strong communication and hospitality/customer-service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Experience with admissions or enrollment management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present the school and coordinate on-campus visitation and tours.
• Assist in strategic communications and parent interviews.
• Support strategic marketing initiatives to engage new and existing markets.
• Onboard and welcome new families; coordinate with Upper School division head.
• Develop relationships with feeder schools and educational consultants.
• Oversee file management and admissions documentation.
• Recruit and train ambassadors and volunteers for admissions events.
