Essential Functions
  • Recruit traditional, post-traditional, special populations, and dual enrollment students to attend the College.
  • Participate in frequent day, evening, and weekend recruitment events focused on recruiting and advancing prospective students through the admissions process through in-person and online presentations, direct interaction, and the timely distribution of relevant admissions information.
  • Enhance prospects, admitted students and parents/guardians understanding of the College’s enrollment processes, including next steps (e.g. course placement, orientation, academic advising), College technology, payment methods (payment plans, payment due dates), timely completion of financial aid applications and the importance of meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure that prospective students are scheduled for placement testing and advising appointments and have completed their FAFSA and orientation.
  • Proactively contact and assist students who have inquired and applied but have not yet completed the next step in the enrollment process for their selected term, advancing them toward enrollment.
  • Coordinate and conduct-on-campus tours for potential prospects and applicants including individuals, families, high schools, and community groups.
  • Work closely with designated high school counselors and staff at community based and other identified organizations in a specific territory to recruit students and assist them with the admissions and financial aid application processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment plans to attract diverse student populations.
  • Use the College’s CRM and other technologies to track and manage prospective students throughout the enrollment funnel and support timely, targeted communication that advances students toward enrollment.
  • Contribute to the Admissions Office in other initiatives and activities, as necessary.
  • Work closely with high school principals, high school counselors and branch campus administrators for the support of dual enrollment initiatives.
