Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and families throughout the admission stages of prospect to matriculation.
• Utilize text, email, phone calls, in-person counseling sessions, and virtual meetings to build relationships and manage student population.
• Assume responsibility for recruitment and outreach in a designated territory, establishing relationships with school counseling staff and understanding regional systems.
• Maintain flow of quality prospective students by analyzing enrollment trends and marketing activities.
• Review and read applications, making admission and scholarship recommendations.
• Represent the Admissions office in on- and off-campus meetings, college fairs, and other recruitment events.
• Provide support to meet the department’s enrollment plan and the College’s strategic agenda.
