Job summary

Camden County College (CCC) is seeking an Admissions Recruiter to lead admissions and recruitment initiatives across its Blackwood, Cherry Hill and Camden locations. The role emphasizes planning events, hosting campus tours, and building partnerships with high schools to promote enrollment and programs.

The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments, maintain accurate data for reporting, and manage a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• One to three years’ experience in college admissions or recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal, public-speaking, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly energetic, flexible, and motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, prioritize, implement, follow-up and stay on track with multiple projects.
• Strong data-entry, organizational, and recordkeeping skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule with occasional early morning, evening, and weekend activities.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance and personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plans, schedules, conducts, and leads a variety of on-campus, off-campus and virtual admissions and recruitment events including open houses, college fairs, high school visits, application workshops, information sessions, registration events, and campus tours.
• Develops and cultivate relationships with community partnerships to promote programs and increase enrollment.
• Assist in the supervision, training and staffing of the student ambassador program- Cougar Corps.
• Provides superior customer service to students, families, and other stakeholders through the entire admissions process during in-person, phone, email, and text interactions.
• Collaborates with all departments and offices across all campuses to support recruitment and enrollment.
• Provides follow-up correspondence to prospective students, teachers and guidance counselors after high school visits, college fairs, testing and registration days.
