The role involves emergency response duties and ongoing training to maintain qualifications. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in chemical manufacturing operations or 3+ years in the military, and a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years of experience in an Operations role within a chemical manufacturing environment or 3+ years of relevant military experience.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour shift and overtime, including holidays and weekends.
• Must have valid US driver's license and be eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Follow operating discipline policies to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of assigned plant areas.
• Operate process equipment; monitor conditions, KPIs, and control systems to meet site goals.
• Serve on-site Emergency Response Team (ERT) and complete required training.
• Maintain qualifications and complete training goals in a timely manner.
• Mentor and train personnel on process operation and troubleshooting.

Education
