Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an Operator for the Orange, Texas Sabine River Operations (SRO) plant. You will operate process equipment, monitor conditions, and work with the shift team to ensure safe, reliable plant performance.

The role requires a 12-hour shift schedule, a High School Diploma or GED, and 2+ years in a chemical manufacturing operations role. A valid US driver’s license and ability to work legally in the US are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• 2+ years in an Operations role within chemical manufacturing
• Willingness to work 12-hour shift schedule and overtime
• Must have a valid US driver's license and legal work status in the US

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment and monitor conditions to meet plant goals
• Follow safety policies and ensure reliable, safe plant operation
• Participate in Emergency Response Team training and drills
• Mentor and train new/onsite operations personnel on procedures and troubleshooting
