Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Chemical Engineering Intern for a 12–14 week program (May–August) to help implement manufacturing process improvements at our Wisconsin site.

You will collaborate across the organization on design for manufacturability, cost savings, and process optimization while gaining hands-on experience with engineering drawings, data-based decisions, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current college junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Experience applying engineering concepts to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively to implement manufacturing process improvements.
• Collaborate with mentors to identify methods for automating processes.
• Utilize a structured engineering approach to deploy best practices for process control and improve yields.
• Initiate and/or update documentation of processes into work instructions.
• Compare existing manufacturing practices with benchmarks and industry standards; propose improvements.
• Lead capital project efforts to resolve production capacity and technology capability issues.
• Present multiple project updates to the local leadership team.
• Limited travel for workshops and trade shows.
