Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and have completed sophomore year.
• Maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Must have US citizenship to support a Secret clearance under DoD policies.
• Experience applying engineering concepts to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing manufacturing process improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with mentors to identify methods for automating processes.
• Contribute to design and documentation updates for processes and training materials.
• Support regular updates to program coordinators and leadership.
• Participate in cross-functional reviews to ensure processing techniques meet customer needs.
• Attend workshops and trade shows as needed.
