Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is offering a Chemical Engineering Intern position for Summer 2027 in Chippewa Falls, WI.

The 12–14 week internship runs May through August and focuses on implementing manufacturing process improvements in a fast-paced PCB production environment. You will collaborate with mentors across the organization to identify automation opportunities, deploy best practices for process control, and improve yields while developing documentation and presenting updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Project management and structured problem solving with data-based decisions.
• Eagerness to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments using statistical tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a team to implement manufacturing process improvements.
• Work with mentors to identify methods for automating processes.
• Use structured engineering approaches to deploy process control and yield improvements.
• Document processes in work instructions and update existing docs.
• Present project updates to local leadership; participate in workshops as needed.
