Qualifications

• Currently a college junior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Experience applying engineering concepts to solve problems is a plus.
• Previous internship experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a team to implement manufacturing process improvements and automation.
• Identify best methods for automating processes with mentors and champions.
• Use a structured engineering approach to deploy best practices for process control and yield improvement.
• Document processes into work instructions, training guides and certification tests.
• Provide weekly updates to the program coordinator and corporate leads.
• Compare manufacturing practices against benchmarks and propose improvements.
