You will manage inventory, purchasing, labor costs, and food cost controls, while mentoring staff and ensuring sanitation standards. Strong leadership and a passion for excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Five years progressive culinary management experience.
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of HACCP and safe food handling principles.
• P&L and financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back and front of house operations for food service departments.
• Maintain a quality culinary program and manage financial reporting.
• Develop menus, manage inventory and purchasing.
• Control labor and food costs; ensure sanitation standards.
• Hire, coach, and develop staff; lead by example.
