Job summary

Eurest is seeking a Chef Manager Senior in Oshkosh, WI to lead back- and front-of-house operations in corporate dining settings. You will maintain a quality culinary program, manage financial reporting, and drive cost controls while delivering high standards of service.

The role emphasizes menu development, inventory management, purchasing, labor control, sanitation, and personnel management including hiring, coaching and training to build a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience.
• Five years progressive culinary management experience.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.
• P&L and financial reporting experience."
• Strong leadership, coaching and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back and front of house operations for food service departments.
• Maintain a high quality culinary program and manage budgeted costs.
• Develop menus, manage inventory, purchasing and labor cost controls.
• Ensure sanitation standards and safety compliance.
