Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years' experience in food service management specifically corporate dining.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Allergen Awareness Certification.

Responsabilités

• Oversee culinary operations including menu writing, cost control, and quality of all food products.
• Manage all aspects of food production, execution, and presentation.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and supervise hourly staff.
• Control payroll, production schedules, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and productive operations.
