Eurest USA is seeking a growth-minded Chef Manager for North Haven, CT. The role oversees the culinary and food service operations to ensure quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include inventory management, purchasing, and menu development with a focus on local sourcing and sustainability. P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience are desirable for this role.

Qualifications

• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• Experience with exposition cooking is preferred.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Full culinary management of food service operation including inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Assure P&L accountability and contract-managed service adherence where applicable.
• Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with focus on local sourcing.
• Demonstrate passion for sustainability.
