Qualifications

• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.
• Experience with inventory, purchasing, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Full culinary management of food service operation including inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Oversee menu development, cost controls and purchasing with focus on local sourcing.
• Ensure sustainability focus and maintain quality, sanitation and food presentation.
