Job summary

Eurest, a Compass Group division, is seeking a Chef Manager in Naperville, IL to lead the culinary and food service operations on site. You will drive menu development, cost controls, inventory, and sourcing, while ensuring HACCP standards and contract-management expectations are met.

Qualifications

This role requires three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or equivalent, with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
Experience with menu development, cost controls, and sourcing local ingredients is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Oversee full culinary management of the food service operation, including inventory, ordering and receiving.
Ensure HACCP knowledge and contract-managed service experience are reflected in operations.
Lead menu development, control costs, and manage purchasing with a focus on local products.
Champion sustainability in daily operations.
