You will guide kitchen operations, design menus, manage costs, and build strong relationships with clients and guests. The role offers growth within Compass Group's network and a dynamic, onsite work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary management experience in corporate dining, hotels, or catering.
• Culinary degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience supervising culinary teams and driving consistency in quality and service.
• Strong leadership with coaching and development skills.
• Budgets, food cost, labor, and inventory management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a culinary team in both café and catering operations.
• Oversee food preparation, safety, inventory, and cost controls.
• Design menus with opportunities for new ideas and global flavors.
• Balance culinary excellence with dining experience leadership on the floor.
• Build client and guest relationships by presence in the dining space.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and financial reporting with Compass resources.
• Ensure quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
