This role emphasizes sustainability, HACCP compliance, and strong leadership in a contract foodservice setting. Qualified candidates bring at least three years of kitchen management experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service is desirable.
• Experience with menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Full culinary management of food service operation including inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Proficient in menu development and food cost controls.
