Eurest, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking an Evening Food Service Manager in Normal, IL to lead day-to-day foodservice operations and manage a team while nurturing client relationships and profitability. The role supports a second-shift schedule, typically Monday–Friday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with flexibility as needed.

You will work with the Chef and management team to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals for students, develop and implement culinary programs, and serve as a liaison

Qualifications

• Three to five years of foodservice management experience.
• BS Hospitality degree preferred.
• Dining experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client
• Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the students
• Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary teams
• Acts as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community
