Eurest USA in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Director of Dining Services to lead the on-site dining program for a major corporate account. This leadership role oversees salaried managers and hourly staff, ensuring service quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

The Director manages budgets, reporting, food preparation standards, sanitation per HACCP/OSHA, and client satisfaction while driving cost controls and menu excellence across retail, cafeteria, and catering activities.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Food Services Technology/Management or related field preferred.
• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operations management experience.
• Knowledge of food trends, quality control, and cost management.
• P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience desirable.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills; HACCP/OSHA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manages salaried managers and hourly staff in the Food Service Department.
• Oversees overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the account.
• Interviews, hires, trains, and directs work; handles performance reviews.
• Prepares and manages annual budget; uses reporting systems.
• Ensures food/beverage preparation adheres to standards and safety guidelines.
