Morrison Living is seeking a growth-minded Chef Manager to lead culinary and food service operations. In this role you will oversee menu development, inventory management, and cost controls while ensuring high-quality dining experiences for client sites.

You will drive sustainability initiatives, mentor a culinary team, and maintain compliance with HACCP standards. This position offers ongoing professional growth within Compass Group USA.

Qualifications

• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Working knowledge of HACCP.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, and cost controls.
• Experience with exposition cooking.
• P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience desirable.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Full culinary management of food service operation including inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Develop menus with cost controls and local sourcing.
