Brookdale is seeking a Dining Services professional to support daily kitchen operations and elevate resident dining experiences. You will work under the Dining Services Director to maintain high satisfaction, enforce sanitation, and manage inventory and training.

Preferred candidates hold a hospitality degree or equivalent experience with a current ServSafe Certification and prior experience in varied food service operations.

Qualifications

• Current ServSafe Certification required.
• College degree in the hospitality field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in various phases of food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Dining Services Director in maintaining high resident satisfaction, cost controls, sanitation standards, employee training, and quality food/service.
• Oversees day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Monitors and enforces safe food handling practices.
• Participates in conducting food inventory.
• Supports ongoing staff education and adherence to standards.
