HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking an entry level Chef & F&B Manager to lead kitchen and F&B operations across our properties. You will oversee service, menus, costs, staff training, and guest experience, with room to grow into senior leadership.

This role requires strong leadership, at least 4 years in culinary/F&B operations, and relevant ServSafe and alcohol certifications. We offer healthcare, PTO, 401(k) matching, and a path from $50k to higher leadership levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in culinary and Food & Beverage operations.
• Strong leadership and operational management skills.
• Required Certifications.
• ServSafe Manager Certification
• Arizona Title 4 Alcohol Certification
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen, bar, banquet, and Food & Beverage operations
• Plan and execute menus, including specials and seasonal offerings
• Manage food and beverage costs, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
• Supervise and train staff; manage scheduling and labor costs
• Ensure timely food production and service standards
• Maintain portion control, quality, and presentation standards
• Develop beverage programs including pricing and inventory
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and profitability
• Enforce sanitation, food safety, and alcohol service standards
• Ensure compliance with all regulations
