Job summary

HVMG is seeking a talented Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional dining for hotel guests. You will supervise kitchen staff, ensure food quality and presentation, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

This full-time role requires organizational skills, culinary passion, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hotel kitchen experience is a plus, with certifications welcomed.
