Sodexo is hiring a Chef de Partie at Twyford School to prepare fresh, nutritious meals for students and staff. You will support breakfast, lunch and supper services, catering for around 500 meals daily, while maintaining high standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Chef de Partie or similar professional kitchen role is essential.
• Experience in school/contract catering or fine dining setting would be advantageous.
• Strong passion for cooking and producing high‑quality food.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high‑quality dishes and ensure meals are delivered on time and at the correct temperature.
• Support Head Chef and kitchen team across breakfast, lunch and supper services (~500 meals daily).
• Handle deliveries, stock rotation, and maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
• Contribute to menu ideas and service improvements to enhance the dining experience.
