Marlborough College is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its professional Catering Department. The successful candidate will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with all aspects of kitchen operation while supporting junior team members to maintain high standards of food production.

Reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, you will assume control of the kitchen in their absence and contribute to maintaining consistent quality across college catering activities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with all aspects of kitchen operations.
• Supervise duties delegated to junior kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality of food production.
