Major Man. Florida at 49 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA, is hiring an experienced Chef De Cuisine to set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism.

Responsibilities include sourcing, ordering and receiving top ingredients; developing and teaching all recipes; organizing a large team; overseeing service; maintaining kitchen equipment and cleanliness; and managing scheduling and inventory within budget.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managing capacity.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a quality-driven, high volume kitchen.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
