Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a Coordinator team member to efficiently manage customer transactions at the front registers while maintaining cash controls and delivering exceptional service. You will help customers, supervise cash registers, and ensure accurate pricing and checkout accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring 2-3 years of retail experience and at least 1 year of management exposure. A natural foods background is a plus, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures outstanding service at checkout lanes.
• Greets customers entering store and responds to needs.
• Overseeing the accurate and efficient operation of all cash registers.
• Receives payment by cash, check, credit cards, gift cards, or debits.
• Maintains clean and orderly checkout areas and manages cash at registers.
• Models fast and friendly customer service and ensures POS transactions are completed.
