Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is seeking a Coordinator team member to efficiently process customer sales at front registers, maintain cash controls, and ensure outstanding service. You will assist customers, help maintain POS accuracy, and support merchandising and safety compliance.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, adherence to procedures, and teamwork in a fast-paced grocery environment. Prior retail and food safety familiarity is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfort with analyzing basic financial information for day-to-day decisions.
• Ability to mentor team members and lead safely in a retail setting.
• Experience operating POS systems and handling payments accurately.
• Serv Safe Certification is preferred or required where applicable.
