Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a dedicated Coordinator team member to efficiently process customer sales at the front registers while upholding cash controls and customer satisfaction. You will assist customers, maintain a friendly demeanor, and ensure adherence to all checkout procedures.

The role requires basic education and 2–3 years of retail experience with an emphasis on service, leadership, and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Experience in natural foods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding service through checkout lanes.
• Greet customers and respond to needs promptly.
• Oversee accurate and efficient operation of cash registers.
• Process payments via cash, card, gift card or debit.
• Maintain clean checkout areas and proper cash control.
• Provide fast, friendly customer service and respond to surveys.
• Stock and display merchandise per department procedures.
• Ensure correct pricing and sales signs are current.
• Promote safe working environment and adherence to guidelines.
• Attend to daily tasks as required.
