Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market is hiring a Coordinator team member to efficiently process customer sales at the front registers and assist customers with a friendly, energetic demeanor. You will manage cash transactions, ensure accurate pricing, and uphold POS procedures to safeguard assets.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2–3 years of related retail experience, with some management exposure. Paid parental leave and team discounts are included benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly to team members.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
• Oversee cash register operations and ensure proper cash handling.
• Maintain clean, orderly checkout areas and accurate pricing.
• Support stock, merchandising, pricing, and signage compliance.
• Promote a safe, productive work environment and meet sales floor standards.
• Provide consultation to customers on consumer products as needed.

Education
