Job summary

First Convenience Bank in Texas is seeking a teller to support daily cash handling and customer service duties. You will resolve cash items, monitor teller balances, and ensure accuracy in postings while maintaining professional communication with customers and teammates.

• Balance Teller Cash and Teller Over/Short.
• Prepare and post entries within assigned approval limits.
• Complete tasks accurately and timely.
• Complete assigned tasks according to company policy and department procedures.
• Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• At least 18 years of age
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office and general office equipment
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines but remain flexible
• Well-organized, with sharp attention to detail
• Capacity to work with frequent interruptions and perform repetitive tasks
• Demonstrate control under stress and strict deadlines
• Strong customer service skills (both internal and external customers)
• Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
