Cheba Hut Scottsdale is seeking a Crew Member to craft great food, engage with guests, and support the shop’s energetic vibe. You will help create authentic interactions, assist with the register and line, and uphold Cheba Hut’s playful, non-traditional atmosphere across shifts.

The role emphasizes fast service, strong communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn food safety protocols to deliver consistent experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food handling certification required (we’ll help you certify).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs.
• Comfortable embracing Cheba Hut’s playful, non-traditional “Toasted” atmosphere

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service at the register, line, and lobby.
• Make confident menu recommendations and deliver authentic interactions.
• Maintain food safety and follow SOPs.
• Support clean front-of-house and back-of-house areas.

As a Crew Member, you’ll craft great food, create positive interactions, and support strong Shoperations every shift.

What You’ll Own:

• Guest Experience & Interaction
• Deliver authentic, genuine interactions

• Provide fast, friendly service at the register, line, and lobby
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

• Clean as you go — never leave a mess behind
• Perform opening, closing, and shift duties consistently
• Maintain clean front-of-house and back-of-house areas

What Makes You a Fit:
