Job summary

Cheba Hut Madison is seeking Crew Members to craft great food, create positive interactions, and support strong operations each shift. You’ll own guest experience, deliver authentic interactions, and make confident menu recommendations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Food handling certification required (we will help certify)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Comfortable embracing Cheba Hut’s playful, non-traditional “Toasted” atmosphere

As a Crew Member, you’ll craft great food, create positive interactions, and support strong Shoperations every shift.

What You’ll Own:

• Clean as you go — never leave a mess behind
• Perform opening, closing, and shift duties consistently
• Maintain clean front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Follow all employee health and safety policies

What Makes You a Fit:
