Job summary

Cheba Hut Fresno is seeking a Crew Member to craft great food and deliver fast, friendly service with authentic interactions. You’ll handle cash, operate the POS, and help keep both front-of-house and back-of-house areas clean and organized.

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred; food handling certification is required (we’ll help you certify). Embrace Cheba Hut’s playful, non-traditional “Toasted” atmosphere and contribute to a positive team energy.

As a Crew Member, you’ll craft great food, create positive interactions, and support strong Shoperations every shift.

What You’ll Own:

• Guest Experience & Interaction
• Deliver authentic, genuine interactions
• Prioritize “interaction over the transaction.”
• Make confident menu recommendations
• Provide fast, friendly service at the register, line, and lobby
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

• Clean as you go — never leave a mess behind
• Perform opening, closing, and shift duties consistently
• Maintain clean front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Follow all employee health and safety policies

What Makes You a Fit:

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
