Cheba Hut Scottsdale is hiring a Crew Member to craft great food, energize interactions with guests, and support smooth shifts in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll contribute to a playful, non-traditional atmosphere while upholding food safety and cleanliness, and you’ll help teammates deliver genuine, timely service that reflects the Cheba Hut vibe.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food handling certification required (we’ll help you certify).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest experience and interactions with authenticity.
• Make menu recommendations and maintain friendly service.
• Deliver fast, accurate service at the register, line, and lobby.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.

As a Crew Member, you’ll craft great food, create positive interactions, and support strong Shoperations every shift.

What You’ll Own:

• Guest Experience & Interaction
• Deliver authentic, genuine interactions
• Prioritize “interaction over the transaction.”
• Make confident menu recommendations
• Provide fast, friendly service at the register, line, and lobby
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

• Maintain strong situational awareness — keep your head on a swivel
• Clean as you go — never leave a mess behind
• Perform opening, closing, and shift duties consistently
• Maintain clean front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Follow all employee health and safety policies

What Makes You a Fit:
