Job summary

Summit School Services is seeking a customer service professional to handle inquiries and participate in outbound sales campaigns. You will provide accurate pricing and booking information and coordinate with Charter Operations teams to ensure seamless trip planning.

The role requires 3-5 years in customer service and inside sales, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. A fast-paced, organized environment with bilingual abilities is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in customer service and inside sales.
• Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming customer inquiries.
• Participation in outbound sales calls/campaigns.
• Provide accurate pricing and booking information to customers.
• Communication/coordination with local Charter Operations Teams.
• Booking and confirming trips.
• Follow up on pending quotes; invoicing, payment processing, and collection in certain markets.
