Job summary

Summit School Services is seeking a customer service professional to handle inquiries, assist with outbound campaigns, and provide pricing and booking information. You'll coordinate with Charter Operations Teams and manage trip bookings and quotes follow-up.

The role requires 3-5 years in customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Bilingual abilities are a plus in a fast-paced environment with varied markets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience in customer service and inside sales.
• Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize your workload and multi-task effectively.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming customer inquiries
• Participation in outbound sales calls/campaigns
• Provide accurate pricing and booking information to customers
• Communication / coordination with local Charter Operations Teams
• Booking and confirming trips
• Follow up on pending quotes
• Invoicing, payment processing, and collection in certain markets
• Other duties as assigned

The hourly wage is $20 - $25/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years’ experience in customer service and inside sales
• Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
