• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in charter or corporate flight operations or aviation customer service.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple flights and tasks under time-sensitive conditions.
• Knowledge of aviation operations and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee charter and corporate flight operations to ensure safe, efficient service.
• Provide customer service support for EW and corporate flights professionally.
• Prepare and manage charter flight quotations, including pricing coordination.
• Handle email correspondence with clients, operators, crew, and service providers.
• Supervise handling services including ground handling, catering, fuel, permits, and other third-party service providers.
• Monitor flights with real-time tracking and respond to delays or issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure flight execution.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
